30/60/25 is the floor, not the answer
Texas sets its liability minimum at 30/60/25: $30,000 per injured person, $60,000 per accident, and $25,000 in property damage. That is the number the state requires, not necessarily the number that protects what you actually own. We quote the minimum next to higher limits so you can see, in dollars, what the gap costs per month and what it would cost you out of pocket if a claim went past it. From there it is liability, collision, comprehensive and SR-22 filings, compared across the carriers we represent rather than sold from just one.
No Texas license is not a dead end
A lot of people assume no Texas driver's license means no policy. That is not true here. A foreign license, a matrícula or a passport is enough for some of the carriers we work with to write the policy. Bring what you have to the office or mention it on the phone and we will tell you plainly whether it works, instead of finding out after you have filled out a form.
Most auto policies can start the same day, coverage confirmed before you leave. Se habla espanol, quote through claim.
